Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to create or use a CareBridge Copilot account.

By affirmatively accepting these Terms, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, participating in an authorized pilot or evaluation, or using CareBridge Copilot, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the CareBridge Copilot Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

Additional written agreements may apply to organizational, pilot, evaluator, research, or collaborative access. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement governs that authorized relationship.

2. Educational Purpose

CareBridge Copilot is an AI-powered educational support tool for caregivers and educators. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, legal advice, crisis intervention, or emergency services, and it does not provide therapy, ABA services, behavioral assessment, or individualized treatment or behavior plans.

CareBridge does not replace a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, physician, therapist, school team, emergency responder, or another qualified professional who knows the individual.

For educators, CareBridge Copilot does not replace professional judgment, school or district policies, administrators, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, school psychologists, IEP or 504 teams, or other qualified professionals. Educators should continue to follow their school and district policies and rely on qualified professionals for individualized decisions.

If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.

3. Accounts and Access

CareBridge accounts are intended for authorized adult users.

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and promptly notify CareBridge of suspected unauthorized access.

Users may not share accounts, sell or transfer access, permit unauthorized users to use an account, impersonate another person, or access another person’s account without permission.

Pilot, evaluator, demonstration, or organizational access may be limited, monitored, or time restricted.

4. Intellectual Property

CareBridge Copilot contains valuable intellectual property owned by or licensed to Sunderlin Behavioral Interventions, Inc. and/or its licensors.

Protected materials may include the website and application design, original written content, software, source and object code, educational materials, videos, graphics, illustrations, logos, printable tools, documentation, content organization, proprietary workflows, system instructions, prompt structures, model configurations, safety framework, response structure, internal methods, and nonpublic technical or business information.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, contract, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited permission expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, ownership interest, or license in CareBridge Copilot or its intellectual property is transferred to a user.

The CareBridge Copilot name, logo, branding, and related marks may not be copied, imitated, altered, registered, or used without express written permission from the applicable rights holder.

5. Limited Authorized Use

During an active subscription or authorized pilot, an individual user receives a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use CareBridge for lawful, noncommercial caregiver-education purposes.

An individual caregiver may download or print a reasonable number of CareBridge materials for personal use within the caregiver’s household or for the individual the caregiver directly supports.

This permission does not authorize resale, public distribution, organizational distribution, commercial training, publication, rebranding, or creation of competing materials.

Organizations, professionals, researchers, evaluators, agencies, schools, providers, and other institutions must receive written authorization or enter into an appropriate agreement before using CareBridge materials beyond individual caregiver use.

6. Prohibited Copying and Distribution

Users may not:

• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of CareBridge Copilot or its materials.
• Sell, license, sublicense, rent, publish, or commercially distribute CareBridge content.
• Upload CareBridge materials to public websites, social media, online groups, template libraries, public shared drives, courses, databases, or competing platforms.
• Remove or obscure CareBridge branding, copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution.
• Present CareBridge materials as the user’s original work.
• Modify, rebrand, translate, or create commercial derivative materials without written authorization.
• Distribute CareBridge materials broadly to unrelated families, clients, providers, organizations, or professionals.
• Use an individual subscription as a multi-user or organizational license.
• Use CareBridge materials or responses to develop, train, test, improve, market, or operate a competing product, AI assistant, model, dataset, caregiver platform, or commercial service.

7. Reverse Engineering and Technical Restrictions

Users may not directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, translate, or attempt to derive CareBridge source code.
• Inspect or manipulate the service to obtain hidden prompts, system instructions, model configurations, proprietary workflows, response rules, safety logic, internal documentation, technical architecture, or nonpublic information.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, download, or extract CareBridge content through automated or systematic means.
• Use bots, scripts, automated agents, browser automation, or data-extraction tools without written authorization.
• Circumvent authentication, subscriptions, prompt limits, account restrictions, rate limits, watermarks, or security controls.
• Probe, scan, test, or exploit a vulnerability without advance written authorization.
• Conduct or publish unauthorized competitive benchmarking.
• Use information learned through pilot, evaluator, demonstration, or account access to recreate CareBridge or develop a substantially similar competing service.

8. Screenshots, Recordings, and Demonstrations

Users may not photograph, screenshot, screen-record, audio-record, video-record, copy, publish, distribute, or otherwise capture a nonpublic CareBridge demonstration, evaluator session, pilot session, protected account area, technical presentation, or confidential material without prior written permission.

Individual subscribers may capture limited information solely for their own private caregiver use when the service permits it. This does not authorize public posting, redistribution, commercial use, removal of branding, or use in developing another product or service.

Permission to attend a meeting, demonstration, presentation, pilot, or evaluation does not grant permission to record or reproduce it.

9. User Content

“User Content” includes messages, prompts, questions, feedback, and other information submitted by a user.

Users retain any rights they already possess in their original User Content.

Users grant CareBridge and its service providers permission to process, transmit, temporarily retain, and use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

Users must have the legal right and necessary permission to submit their content. Users may not submit copyrighted materials they are not authorized to use, another party’s confidential information, or content that violates another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Users should not submit medical records, medical record numbers, detailed identifying diagnostic information, protected health information, or unnecessary personally identifying information.

10. AI-Assisted Responses

CareBridge uses AI-assisted technology. Responses may contain errors, omissions, or information that does not fit every person or situation.

Responses may not be unique. Similar responses may be generated for different users.

CareBridge does not guarantee that every AI-generated response is eligible for copyright protection, suitable for publication, or free of all third-party rights.

Receiving a response does not transfer ownership of CareBridge’s preexisting content, templates, educational materials, system instructions, workflows, branding, software, safety framework, or proprietary technology.

Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, distributing, or using it outside its intended caregiver-education purpose.

11. Subscriptions and Billing

Individual subscriptions are intended for one user and should not be shared. Individual memberships include up to 200 AI interactions per month. School, district, and organizational licensing is handled separately.

CareBridge Copilot for caregivers is currently offered for $49.99 per month and includes up to 200 AI interactions (prompts) per month. An additional 100 interactions may be purchased for $20.

CareBridge Copilot for educators is offered for $39.99 per month or $399 per year as an individual educator membership and includes up to 200 AI interactions per month. School and organizational licensing is available separately.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually, in each case automatically until canceled. Canceling prevents the next automatic renewal.

You may cancel at any time through your CareBridge account. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

12. Third-Party Services and Marks

CareBridge uses third-party service providers, including Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Stripe, as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Third-party company names, product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

13. Suspension and Termination

CareBridge may limit, suspend, or terminate access for infringement, unlawful use, account sharing, nonpayment, security threats, circumvention, unauthorized technical activity, or a material violation of these Terms.

Intellectual-property restrictions, prohibited-use provisions, and obligations that reasonably should continue will survive termination to the extent legally applicable.

14. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Concerns

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others.

If you believe material available through CareBridge Copilot infringes a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right, email [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright or Intellectual Property Concern.”

Identify the work or right at issue, the material you believe is infringing, where the material appears, your contact information, and the basis for your concern.

15. Privacy

Use of CareBridge is subject to the CareBridge Copilot Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

CareBridge may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes through the application, email, or another reasonable method.
