CareBridge Copilot Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 6, 2026
CareBridge Copilot is a service of Sunderlin Behavioral Interventions, Inc. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google.
Subscription and Usage Information
We store your subscription status and count how many assistant interactions you use each month so we can operate your plan. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
Conversations With the Assistant
Your messages are transmitted securely to our AI platform provider, Microsoft, to generate responses. Our authentication and database provider, Google Cloud, does not receive or store your conversations in the CareBridge user database.
Free-text entries may be retained for up to 30 days for service operation, security, and quality monitoring and are then removed.
We do not ask for, and you should not submit, medical records, medical record numbers, identifying diagnostic details, protected health information, or other detailed health documentation through the assistant.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the service, including sign-in, subscriptions, usage limits, account support, and service communications. We may also use service and usage information to improve the quality and operation of CareBridge.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Service Providers
We use a limited number of enterprise providers to operate CareBridge:
- Google Cloud for authentication and database services
- Microsoft for the AI assistant platform and hosting
- Stripe for subscription-payment processing
Our cloud providers operate under executed HIPAA Business Associate Agreements. Stripe processes billing and payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
Children's Privacy
CareBridge Copilot is designed for adult caregivers aged 18 and older who support individuals ages 2 through 21. Children and minors are not intended to create or independently use CareBridge accounts.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account registration. CareBridge provides educational guidance to adult caregivers.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit. Access to our systems is restricted and controlled. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but CareBridge uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information.
Retention and Deletion
We retain account information while your account is active. Free-text entries may be retained for up to 30 days and are then removed.
You may request deletion of your CareBridge account and associated personal information at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
We will honor verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, and regulatory retention requirements.
For complete account-deletion instructions, visit the CareBridge Copilot Account Deletion page.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your CareBridge Copilot account to stop future billing. Access continues through the subscription period you have already paid for. Subscription payments are nonrefundable once processed.
Only an email address is required to use the service. All other profile fields are optional.
