Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to CareBridge Copilot subscriptions offered by Sunderlin Behavioral Interventions, Inc. It applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. You will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period. Payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually, in each case automatically until canceled.

How to Cancel

You can cancel through your CareBridge Copilot account before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
