How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your CareBridge Copilot account. Use the subject line:

We will verify your request and confirm by email when your account has been deleted. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.

What Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will remove:

• Your CareBridge account and sign-in credentials
• Your email address and name
• Your subscription status and usage records
• Any optional profile information you provided

Payment and Transaction Records

Payment and transaction records are retained by the payment processor, Stripe, for seven years, as required by financial and tax regulations. These records contain billing information only.

Active Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your CareBridge Copilot account to stop future billing. Access continues through the subscription period you have already paid for. Subscription payments are nonrefundable once processed.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, so please cancel it as described above if you no longer wish to be billed.

Requesting Deletion of Specific Information

You may request deletion of specific information, such as your CareBridge usage history, without deleting your entire account.

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and identify the information you would like removed.

Some records may need to be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or regulatory purposes.
